Penfold LLC (PLLC) is a full service Owners representative firm which specializes in, Construction Project Management and Estate Property Management.
As construction projects started to get more complex and specifications becoming more detailed, combined with the rash influx of new contractors, the need for owners to have someone on their side to watch out for their best interest became apparent. A person/firm that truly understood the construction and design process from not only the design/construction side but also from the owner/client side is what lead to the start of Penfold LLC. It has taken nearly two years to put all the parts and pieces together but we are now ready to undertake your project regardless of size or location.
We simply act as translators/guides specializing in Project Management. We not only understand and speak the language fluently we also understand the process and can guide you through that process to assure your expectations are met and your interests are protected while you are concentrating on what you are good at.
